Refund policy

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

To initiate a return, contact us at admin@lostsorrows.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund if items show signs of wear, washing, or damage. The following items are non-returnable: items marked as final sale, or items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked service.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will cover return postage and offer a replacement or full refund.
